Sometimes, some mail software, including Yahoo, put things in a trash folder. If its gone from the trash then your out of luck sorry.

deleted e-mail can't be retrieved if you have the outlook express set on clear deleted e-mail after closing the outlook but if you deleted it it has to go to delete folder and then you can go to that folder and then move it back to the inbox folder.

Click on the Deleted Folder. However, if you flagged e-mail you deleted as spam, it may be gone forever.

Is this a yahoo mail?
Once deleted its basically gone.
You could ask the yahoo support nicely and if they can help you retrieve it

Check your deleted items folder it. If it is not there, it is gone and cannot be retrieved.
