i started a internet relationship 6 years ago. i waited 5 years to meet this person to make sure they were for real. we married 1 yr ago and she still lives in another state she is saying because of exhusband and child custody laws the moving process is stalled in court.

Personally I think that you should have looked into things like this before getting married in the first place. If you love her then you should wait for her. Maybe an option is you can move to where she lives at.

This sounds to me like a relationship that is going no where fast, this should of been discussed early on. Why would you wait five years before being married? I think that after a year of communicating one of you would of felt secure enough to move into together even if you each resided in different states. What gives? Why cann't you move in with her?

Move there.
Unless you have a damn good reason for making her move to you, it's pretty selfish to deprive the children of their natural father because you just don't feel like putting in the effort to move to another state.
"Sorry kids, I know you love your daddy, but your step-father doesn't want to have to pack his stuff up and find a new job in a new state, and make new friends, so we're going to take you away from daddy and maybe you'll see him once or twice a year"
Where's the step-father of the year award? We have a winner!

that seems really questionable. i would give that person up. they are probably just using you for therapuetic reasons, to always have someone to talk to.
did you get married legally? in a courtroom or church? otherwise, dont spend your whole life waiting in cyberspace. walk outside, go to the supermarket. find someone who is willing to be there for you in the real world, that dont have excuses about another life and another marriage.

You must take her for her word. I do know that if the involved parties are not in agreement and the court must decide that it can take some time to reach a feasible solution for everyone involved.

You should have moved in together when you got married. Maybe you should move to her. Just do it.

if u really love her and already married to her, i'd say you wait until she comes to you...if not, you can always go to her and help her with the move.
good luck :)
