multiplying fractions is done just by multiplying the parts
i.e. 5*3 and 4*10. If you then need to simplify, do so.

In this case you get 15/40, or 3/8.

Also, study more and do your homework yourself. You won't learn and be able to take the tests if you don't.

To multiply any two fractions you multiply the two numerators and the two denominators together. The answer is 5*3=15 and 4*10=40. The resulting fraction is 15/40 or reduced down to 3/8. This is how you should go about multiply all fractions.
