how can i restore my computer?

when i goto my email and try to open it my computer close down

Use system restore to set your computer back to a date before this problem started. If that doesnt work, get out your windows disk that came with the computer and completely reinstall windows. This will wipe your hard drive and reinstall all the software, including windows, which was on your computer when you bought it. When finished, your computer will behave like it just came out of the box. If that doesnt fix the problem, take it to a computer repair shop.
