There cannot be one single temperature on a planet (unless there is no sun within reasonable distance)...

Surface temperature on Mars with its current atmosphere ranges around the sublimation temperature of carbon dioxide, i.e. around 190 K. The CO2 accumulates as snow at the poles, so that lower latitudes can be assumed to be somewhat warmer. Equatorial mars may reach Siberian winter conditions.

Atmospheric density/pressure on Mars is a lot lower than on the highest peaks of earth. Heat insulation will be close to non-existant, and the regolith won't store much heat. Expect huge variations between day and night.

Mars has both hot and cold (it's roughly 77 degrees F in the day, and very cold at night -200F IIRC). The average temp I unfortunately do not know, but I suspect it is around -135F. The atomosphere is about 1% of Earth's, so almost all heat generated is radiated into space. And since Mars is so much smaller and does not have a strong magnetic field, the lesser gravity and lack of protection from the solar wind prevents it from retaining an atomosphere.
