Yes I have screamed many times. I am a mother of 5 daughter's between the ages of 10 and 15. This should tell you all. My secret was when I wanted to scream I was always with at least one child and didn't want to scare them so I would go to my room, get a pillow walk into my walk in closet, put the pillow over my face and hold it there and scream till you feel better. It does work trust me on that one.

Yes I have! Scream into a pillow. Close the door to your room and scream away into that pillow. It gets rid of the anger. Then have a good cry and try to realize that this is temporary even if it does seem like it goes on and on. There will be an end to your problems. You will be okay and you will survive whatever it is that's bothering you so much. I hope I may have helped a bit.

Scream! Do it! It feels really good. It is the fastest way I know of to emergency release. Don't direct it at anybody. Grab a pillow and scream into it, scream into it anything that comes to mind. No editing.

screaming is nice but you know what always worked for my mom(she had really bad PMS) and our family go to the thrift store (or anywhere else you can buy cheap dishes) and take them out somewhere even in your own back yard and break em i mean it sounds funny but something about breaking dishes is just sooooo relaxing i mean of course try not to make a mess your just going to have to clean up but man is it great you feel soooo much better after a good scream and break and you can scream at the person or imagine them while breaking and its just great give it a shot you WILL feel better.

YES!! I also have 4 kids ages 9, 7,and 5 yr old twins. We have been cooped up all summer with out anywhere to go except to church on Sundays. We only have one car and my husband needs it for work. Go ahead and scream it'll make you feel better but don't yell at the little ones.

I had a friend in high school who'd do this (well, not scream quite THAT much, but enough) and then say afterward, "Tension breaker, had to be done." As I've gotten older, I have moments I want to as well -- and do, on occassion. Have a good, quiet day!

Ugh. Yes. I do, but then I just think of how that might not go over too well with the rest of the household. I just leave it inside me and the feeling goes away.
