Hi , i'm a 26 year old male. This happened because of an injury masterbating 2 years ago. Now when i get erections, the forekin stays behind pretty much the whole day.

-sometimes if the foreskin seems elastic and long, i can try to pull it and put it back where it belongs( to cover the head)
-sometimes i try to pull it, and it hurts so bad..
-sometimes, it may suddenly move on its own, and cover the head. but this is not very common.

so, i've had this for 2 years, and also the foreskin looks good, not swollen.. It's behind the head, but it doesn't look at all like the classic "Strangling" that paraphimosis pictures show. It's mostly like mmm, the foreskin at the trunk becomes really unelastic and stays wrinkled and stubborn. But it doesn't look anything that weird.

Is this paraphimosis, or is it some nerve problem?

thanks all for the current responses. . To the person who asked about the accident. Well it's weird, but the day i masterbated.. it was normal masterbation but it suddenly hurt so bad..like a sharp deep pain. And that started it all. Yes, before when i was normal, after an erection, when it would go back to flaccid.. the foreskin easily on it's own went back to it's original position. Now after erections if i don't want to get hurt, i just have no option but to leave it there.. and it bothers alot.. cause when the head it's out of the forekin, it's so easy to get erections just by walking or moving.

That sounds weird and not really like paraphimosis. You said it's because of some accident? What kind of accident? Did it used to completely cover the head before?

Hmm, if you're foreskin can still function as it used to while masturbating or having sex then you probably shouldn't worry. But you mentioned it sometimes hurts when you try to pull it back over the head. Hmm, weird, go see a doctor.

Geez, dude. You sound pretty obsessive about a very tiny part of your body. If you're that worried, go to the doctor. Maybe there are special, um, exercises you can do. Maybe you're the only man with this problem and you can be in the medical textbooks. My expertise is spent. This is a problem I've never even heard of, and I love reading about unusual medical conditions. Or maybe it's not all that unusual, but nobody wants to talk about it. I know I'm done talking about it.

Its not clear what sort of injury you got due to masterbating.
You should see a doctor, they may advise a partial or complete circumcision. Get it cleared up now as you're so young and you sex life is only beginning.

it actually all sounds pretty normal the way you describe it.If you are really having issues with everything it is etter to see the doctor to put your mind at ease.Otherwise you will question whether something is wrong all the time
