There are certain states that do not link up to others on DMV websites. For instance, I found out that when I moved from South Dakota to Iowa, there is no connection between states.
Also, Iowa to Arizona-no connection.

NO...with the computers these days...they can tell immediately whether you license has been revoked in any other state...and if it is, no you will not be issued a license...what did you do anyway....email me direct and I will try to tell you how to fix this tinatightpants@yahoo.com

No. Once you lose it in one state you lose the privilege in all states. You could try but it might be fraud and your license could come up as invalid if you get pulled over. Plus, if your license is invalid your insurance is void which means you're driving without insurance which is a pretty scummy thing to do.

My ex had his license revoked in michigan and we moved to Philadelphia, PA and he received a valid license out there....weird huh

If you do get another one elsewhere it will be revoked once the DMV computers match your records .Then you will have to wait out your revocation before obtaining a new one .
