This really depends on what your raising funds are for. I coach a competitive youth sports team and I am a high school Band director. I have tried alot of fundraisers, cookie dough, savings cards, raffles but the one I have had the most success with is a Candle Fundraiser from a company in Arkansas. They offer an exceptional product and are very fast. Our Band raised over $6000 in our last fundraiser and we have one scheduled for the end of Sept.

A lot depends of how faithful and supportive your group is.
Depending on the size, rent a Greyhound or Trailways Bus and plan an outing. Carry along coolers with cold drinks and sandwiches and compute the cost of the bus, divide it into the amount of the group, add the cost of the refreshments and double the cost. Ask your local school to allow you to use the auditorium and have a community evening--Bingo or debates and sell soft drinks.

We do several fundraisers at work every year. We collect canned goods for the foodshlf, have a chili cookoff - we "sell" the chili to all of the employees, also a hotdish cook off, silent auction

You could try being like one of those homeless people and pretending to be poor...maybe sell a few drugs..and if none of that works try selling candy bars or something...like the little girl scouts do.
