Of course it's okay! You don't owe him kids just because you're married.

Relationships work out best when both parties agree to compromise. If your husband conforms to not having his child, then it's ok, but if not, I would suggest that you put yourself in his shoes and honestly think of how you will feel if your wife doesn't want to have your baby eventhough you raise her child from her previous relationship. Do you think it's fair?
I don't know why you feel the way you do about the matter, but if you really have no "life-threatening" reason, then why don't you go for it?

Yes, if your not emotionally/financially secure to have another child there's nothing wrong with it. Unless your husband wants to have a child with you. Then I think that you need to really weigh your pro/cons about the issue.

Yea it is totally okay. If you guys talked about it before hand and he knew that you didn't want anymore kids then he should be okay. If you told him you would and now you don't then that is a different story.

I guess it would be ok, lots do. Was this discussed prior to the marriage. If not, imagine desperately wanting children and (not already having any) and your spouse won't because they already have one. Is that fair??

I say that's something the two of you should discuss. Yahoo isn't the best place for that particular answer.
