I am having a presure from my neck to my elbow on my rightside?

some doctors say is pinch nerve. I also have acid problem where sometime I burning in my stomach which goes to my back please some one help me on these two issues I reallly need help. I am tierd of going to doctors

If it gives you a headache as well, it probably is a pinched nerve.

You could have carpal tunnel syndrome. Sometimes does it feel numb? You should have an exray to be on the safe side.
