Poor circulation is a good choice. Also may have a low iron count. Have this person see their doctor to have their blood tested for the iron levels, as well as blood pressure for circulation.

depends on the age...could be thyroid problems, could be menopause, or could be from drugs/perscriptions/alcohol. I get cold sometimes during the day too and hot just the same. If I am doing alot of manual work I get hot, when I sit on my a** all day I get cold from the air conditioning.

Circulation is bad. They need to see a physician. I do the same. I even sleep with my window cracked in the middle of winter. Good luck!

Could be for many reasons... She might have a thyroid problem or even some issues with her thermoregulatory center that's in the brain

I don't know. Have her go to the doctor. Hormones? Menopause? Early menopause? It could be a lot of things.

When they sleep their body is recouperating and the body temperature goes up.
During the day, is she eating enough? or is she moving around enough?
I get really hot at night too.
If I don't eat enough or if I don't move around enough, my body is freezing.
