Your birth certificate would be the best way. If you do not have your birth certificate, you may call, go online, or write to the Bureau of Vital Statistics in the county in which you were born. For a small fee, they will mail you a certified copy.

If both of your parents are US citizens and you were born here your birth cert. should be plenty. If you need another copy of it you can contact the city, state you were born in. If you have a Social Security number, their records should also indicate your citizenship. Good luck.

You could get a pass port, but then you would need a DL and SS card for that so start with that. If you can not get a License, get an ID from DMV. All you need is a certified copy of Birth cert and SS card. Good Luck.
