Your right to free speech and to make these remarks ends when it infringes on someone else's right to have a workplace that respects everyone's dignity. The fault is not in them, but in yourself for your insensitivity.
Maya Angelou say that you did what you knew how to do at the time, and when you know better, then you do better. Take this opportunity as a chance to grow in respect for your coworkers and "Nazi" boss. Try to imagine what it would be like to be around you all day. Grow up and learn.

While I'm sure u have a great personality, when u crack a joke u gotta remember time and place. Most people are polite and sociable because they work with u but might have grown up differently than u and take offense to ur jokes or might not know u well enough to know that ur joking. For example if u called me dumb because i was a blonde or made some comment that a woman's use was cooking, cleaning, and child bearing i might take offense. U know unless u know the person real well to know about their life u could be insulting or even hurting ur co-workers just by joking around. It would be like calling ur mom or sister a ho and actually meaning it! Ur family. knows u well enough to know ur joking where as an abused wife with two kids under two going through a self-initiated divorce might take offense to a comment such as "women belong bare foot and pregnant in front of a stove," or some one that might be proud that they are pregnant might not appreciate the term, "knocked-up" as it generally implies a scandalous relationship or a baby out of wed-lock. U see what I'm saying?
Hope this helps!

You work for Nazis? Quit.
If they are "rigid and bossy" about demeaning jokes, could be they are trying to avoid "sexual harassment" lawsuits. You might consider that as well.
They can be very expensive and embarrassing, and they happen EVERY day, to people who don't take the LAW seriously.
In case you have been living in a cave for about 20 years, you might not know that sexy comments, off-color jokes, any touching, personal remarks, or even asking someone out for a date can get you in VERY hot water very fast. Sometimes these behaviors are actually unlawful!
Instead, try to think of the people you work with as your mothers and fathers, your brothers and sisters. Chances are you would not make a rude remark to your mother or your little sister. And you surely wouldn't like it is someone else did.
Try being kind and protective of people, and not a big jokey goober who uses other people to entertain himself at their expense. It is really NOT funny.
And you look very bad: unprofessional, juvenile, immature, and unreliable.
If you changed how you treat people, you might find that your Nazi boss was actually a human who just needed for you to behave properly at work..
Trust me, you do not want to get fired for sexual harassment. Your job prospects would plummet.

until you are running the show and all the lawuits that could possibly come along with comments so called sexually demeaning. you have to listen to your boss or get a new job. they dont wont to fork over money for the jokes you tell. do it in private groups among friends where no one is offended but it's the society we live in now.

It is how the world is. If you want to get along in today's world you will have to change. Save your sexually demeaning comedy act for your friends and family. At work, act professionally or be prepared to face the consequences.

Finally women have a chance to stop that behavior. You need a change of attitude and a lock on your mouth.

Don't worry, I get the feeling that if you continue with your off-color humor at work, you won't be around these people much longer to be able to offend them.

Just karate chop the female coworker in the neck, bend her over a chair, kick one leg over, spit in your hand, lather up your shlong, and ram it in herass.
