Just Moi.

I totally agree with that, I learned to do that a few years ago and it changed my life, you can do nothing about the past, it's done and that's it. However the future you can control to a certain degree and that's where you can improve your life.

I went to my friends baptism. I wasn't a believer, in fact I found it all rather embarassing (i'm in the UK where showing all that passion and fervour is a bit of a no-no!). But somehow during the proceding I started to realise that Jesus was actually still alive and wanted to know me, so when the pastor asked if we would raise our hands if we wanted to be blessed by Jesus, I made the best decision of my life and raised it. I was instantly filled with the Holy Spirit (like being drenched in pure love) and my depression was healed.

to get off drugs..life was a s**t pit through my own doing and while i don't have any regrets about taking drugs in the first place(would never have met partner,had job or had my gorgeous kids) stopping was the best decision cos i'm confident,clear thinking,mature,assertive and strong..i've learned a lot from life and i'm much more of a positive thinker..i've got so much to give and wonderful things to show for it.. thats why the best decision i've ever made was to clean up..

Getting married 22 years ago, still love it and wouldn't change it, I also had a lot of unanswered questions to put to a so called friend, I put them to her and got the replies I thought I would, no longer a so called friend anymore, that was a very good decision.

I've made several good decisions! Here they are

* First and foremost, I joined toastmasters (www.toastmasters.org).

Toastmasters gave me a better education in public speaking/impromptu/leadership skills than college ever did, and it costs less than a textbook! Best of all, it sends your confidence through the roof! Everyone owes it to themselves to visit at least one meeting.

* I learned about the opposite sex from David DeAngelo (subscribe to his e-newsletter, it's well worth it)
www.doubleyourdating.com

* I bought a list of work-at-home jobs on ebay from "cashlady67" (one of the companies actually hired me. YAY!)

* I joined meetin dot org

* I read Balthasar Gracian's "Art of Worldly Wisdom"
http://www.davidbrandt.com/wisdom/

* I read Don Ruiz's "Four Agreements"

Hope this helps! :)

When i left a real miserable job-i hated and got a better one working as a general assistant in Littlewoods. The people there were great to work with and we had a good laugh everyday.

Getting divorced while my son was still a baby. See so many bad marriages and they stay together for years, making their kids miserable and teaching them that relationships are total hell. (We'd seen counselors for years, but my ex just refused to work on issues.) I'm happier, my son has a happier father, even my ex admits the divorce forced him to be a better person/parent. I'm not advocating divorce, but in our case - everyone benefitted.

To accept the fact that my ex left me with a 6 month old. My life has been better since he left. Way better.
