10 yrs ago i was 8 moths PG and flew from California, to New Orleans, and airlines told me to see my DR. and if she said i was ok to fly write a note of aproval to the airline.

28 weeks is still early. They can board a plane. You have to worry, when they start getting toward the end of their pregnancy. Unless she is a high risk pregnancy, then travel wouldn't be her best bet.

this is really a question you should ask your doctor or midwife .
if your blood pressure is stable and the flight not too long
they will probably OK you for travel

You can go into premature labour...a lot of airlines won't let you fly. You should be checking with your Dr cause You can't fly in the last trimester

Well as far as I am aware,they generally dont like you to travel in your 3rd trimester..You need to speak with your doctor...
