I would try a ball gag. If that doesn't work, put some tissues in your mouth and wrap your head in duct tape. You will never yell again.

It sounds like you have an obsessive love. Like, you're so into her that it makes you upset. I've seen my friends do that with people they love and the other person either fights back jokingly, or takes it seriously. If your g/f doesn't like it I suggest you seek some type of counseling or talk to her because that's a problem....

I think its because I get stressed and she is my shoulder on which I cry.
She does the same but she isn't mean with it like me.
I try to think twice whenever possible and keep calm.
Do lots of nice things in between too.

I take my aggression out on my boyfriend sometimes. It just easier to do that when it's someone you can be honest with and tell everything to. Just apologize and explain that.
