Either play with my daughter, go for a jog or jump in the pool. All work great for me.

Well, as Lord of Latveria and hated enemy of that poor excuse for a team, The Fantastic Four, I often find myself writing a list after a day of planning, punishing and watching...for example:
Here is last nights list-
Things to do this week
1) Kill the Fantastic Four
2) World Domination
3) Rejoice

I watch repeats of House or read a book...which is not very often, as I'm a wife and mom and that equals not much time to relax! But I wouldn't trade my family for anything :)

I pet my cat Tigger that is faithfully waiting for me at the door. Tell my wife I love her and give her a hug and kiss. Go with my wife for a nice walk or bike ride on the rail trail. Help cook dinner and enjoy and wonderful family meal. Watch a movie or just enjoy the evening together.

I turn on Seinfeld when I first get home on TBS it comes on at 5:00Pm and 5:30pm CST . On Fridays I watch the end of Everybody Loves Raymond that started at 6:00pm CST and I might watch it again at 6:30 pm CST on TBS.

I sit outside with abig glass of ice tea and stare at nature it calms me down.
In the winter i take a long tub with candles and bubbles listen to some calming music

I get out of my work clothes, put my Pj's on, feed my 2 cats and go online and chat with my Boyfriend-He's A Prince!

properly, i like to kick returned and carry with associates. on occasion I artwork out on the well-being club and play raquetball or basketball. different situations I capture a action picture or grab some dinner. I even attempt to squeeze in dates. lol. purely being with associates makes my day extra advantageous lol. desire this helps. -Chris
