I agree with you. The World Cup is a very demanding tournament and players older than 30 start feeling it more. David Beckham is a good player but he will be 35 years old next World Cup! Besides it's not as if there was no other player in the English squad who could take his place, Aaron Lennon did pretty good in his position.

I don't think he'll be in it...by that time, he'll be 34ish. he's 30 right now, if i'm not mistaken, and he's already lost his touch.
