The mini split ac's come precharged with freon. this allows one to just install the unit, and connect the lines. it states to purge, or evacuate the system after the lines are connected. the only air would be from the actual 15' lines that were connected. will the ac run good without be purged or evacuated? this ductless system is new, and ive heard people installing them without fancy equipment. id like to know if i can get good cooling, without the hvac tools. what do you guys think?

You will have air and moisture in the line you could but its illegal let some of the refrigerant out of the low side and blow through the line to the high side line keeping the high side service vale closed this will purge most of the air and moisture out

No, you've got to purge all the lines you install before you make the final connection, and you will probably need to add a little freon to get the correct amount in for the new "entire" system. If you don't do this, you'll end up with contamination in your freon and risk ruining the compressor.
They do make self contained ductless units that are wall mounted that do not require and changes to the refrigeration system. You may want to consider this type.
