Is It Illegal to Use The International Edition of a Textbook???

I found the International Edition online at half the price of the US edition and it guarantees that it has the same exact content word for word as the US edition.

No, it's not illegal. It's not like you're breaking copyright by purchasing a photocopy of the book.
