I want to know do you count 28days from the time you start your period or the time you end it pleaase help cause i dont know if i am late or not

seriously take my advive...i had the hardest time tracking until i found this awesome FREE web site its really really easy.....www.mymonthlcycles.com use it it will work everything out for you all you have to do is input the days you have your period. It will even email you a couple days before you are supposed to get you period to remind you and stuff

Well you can actually do both...What I do is do the date I start...if I start on the 3rd of August, then I start counting on the 4th and I count anywhere from 28 to 31 days to the next month and I will know to expect my period in between those days...
The reason I do my start date is because sometimes your period may last a day longer or may get cut short so it's always safe to just start counting the day your period starts.

Every womans cycle is different--the 28 day thing is just for reference and majority of women don't have a 28 day cycle. The first day you have red flow is cycle day 1. Ovulation happens 14 days (give or take 2) BEFORE your next period starts. Anywhere from 25-40 days is normal cycle length.

You count beginning the first day of your period. Remember not everyone's cycle is 28 days.
