I would say in about 4-8 weeks. Very few (and very thin) women feel the baby's movements as early as 12-15 weeks. Most women start to feel the 'flutters of butterflies' around 16-20 weeks (4-5 months).
Lay on your back, be very still and breathe normally. Pay attention to what you feel in your stomach now. You should be able to feel gas passing in your intestines, your food stomach gurggling, your own heartbeat, etc.
In about 4-8 weeks you should notice the 'flutter of butterflies', this is the baby moving. He/she will move more when you are very still, this is when he/she awakes up.
As time passess, around 24-28 weeks, you can place your hand on your stomach and feel the baby move agianst your hand. And around 28-32 weeks, you should actually see the baby moving.
These were my favorite time during pregnancy, all five of them!!!

It depends if you are overweight or not. If you are skinny, you should feel them around 4 months, give or take a couple weeks. If you are overweight, you might not feel it until 5 months.
At first, it feels like little butterflies are flittering in your stomach. You know how a butterfly kiss feels? (using your eyelashes) that's how it feels inside your tummy. Once the baby starts growing, he/she gets less and less room the movements will become stronger, more definate. It may even be a little uncomfortable at times, when you get close to time of delivery. I remember my daughter would kick her feet into my rib cage, it was uncomfortable, but I loved it b/c it was my daughter!!
Congradulations!

Anything can happen, be flexible. I say give it another 6-10 weeks. Somewhere between your 18th and 22nd weeks you should start feeling flutters and will be confused about whether or not you are feeling the baby. Well you will be!
Congrats!

With my first child I started feeling her move at 16 weeks. I'm also 12 weeks pregnant again, so I will keep you posted. :)

For first time moms, probably a little later than mothers, partly because you don't know what to look for, and partly because your muscles are tighter and it's harder to feel them. Typically at about 20w you can feel little nudges or flutters, like someone taps you lightly, except from the inside.
