Check out sparknotes.com, and look for the chemistry section. They have lessons in chapter formats, review questions, etc for general, organic, and some other fields. They also have good Q&A message boards.

Go to a used bookstore to find problem books. Also check e-bay and yard sales. The way to do it is to teach them the techniques with examples. You will find 50% of your time will be spent teaching them math (mostly algebra), not chemistry.
