s if you fixed those mistakes then you can take him back to court to get visitation right.depends what your mistakes wer.If u tryed harming your son you may not but if you were addicted to alcohol or drugs you can as long as u making an effort to be clean.They may start u on supervised visitation though.If u love your son you fight for him girl.And the legal aide department should be able to help u contact your local courthouse.

I would think you would have had supervised visitation no matter what, unless you have harmed them or are still a threat to them. Get a lawyer, best way to find out.
