We have to change and our feelings have to change so that we can adapt and become better able to deal with changing surroundings. Change is inevitable, its how we develop experience and learn things that adds to our maturity and dealing with life. If things we to remain stagnant and unchanging we'd become monotomous and therefore life will just revolve around a routine. Change adds variety and age so that we may move from one phase in life to another.

It could be symptomatic of a rapid cycler with Bi-Polar Disorder. But probably you're just like that because you want to be that way. You find comfort in the balance. We can only start to think about an illness if and when it intrudes in your ability to function.

thats soo the thing called LIFE...life has faces.....cute ones we enjoy..n ugly ones we hate ....life cannot just be PERFECT...then u'll get bored of it....."action" gotta enter every life...whether it sux or nice.......so rem babe...to enjoy every single min u got..bad one or a happy one cuz then time'll pass by n u 'll start remmbrin ..n laugh ;)
