The secret of happiness is being content. If you can let go of all your expectations and stop wanting stuff, it's quite easy to be happy. Instead of spending time wanting what you don't have, make sure that you focus on wanting what you do have. So many people are discontent because they don't have what they want, that they totally forget to focus on the good things they do have.

The secret of being happy is being extremly selfish, love youself as you love nobody. Humans likes theirs own thoughts and want to make their dreams come true, try it and enjoj it. You want to have something to do: get hobbies. Keep people you like and people that are happy or good around you but ignore people you don´t like. If you are not happy you must try to put feelings away for a moment and look forward to future happiness that will certainly come or just be angry/sad untill you are tired and then start over when new days comes. Think logic and do never forget yourself what ever you do in every decition.

Being religious comes from your own believes i think and it must feel right for you.

Money buy you happiness no more than the sun gives you. Easyer is to do something that you get pride of or something that solves you a problem.

There is contentment, happiness and joy and then there is bliss. The first three may be found in sufficient quantities doing ordinary activities like business, hobbies, religion, service to others, etc that you may be able to muddle your way through life ok and people can put "he was a happy person" on your gravestone.

Then there is bliss. If you want bliss, ie. the kind of joy that is unimaginable to us in our present state of mind and consciousness, then try this: 1) give up the desire to accumulate material possessions and money. Neither has ever made anyone in the whole history of human kind any happier. In fact, money and unnecessary accumulation has the exact opposite effect. You become more miserable trying to keep what you get and become consumed with desires to get more and more. This is anxiety, not happiness. 2) Devote yourself completely to spiritual realization as if there was no other purpose to life, because in reality there isn't. It can't be a part-time hobby or a once-a-week religious obligation you do because you don't want to be bad, etc. I'm talking 24/7. Don't think its possible or practical? Think again. Its not only possible and practical, but its something you can do now, no matter what your current situation may be -- married or single, bum or president, rich or poor, old or young, etc.

Here's the clue: By constantly hearing and chanting the holy names of the Supreme Lord, either silently within your mind or out loud (out loud is better if its possible) you are connecting yourself to the reservoir of all pleasure, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The name of the Lord and the Lord Himself are non-different in spiritual potentcy. So when we allow the pure, transcendental sound vibration of His holy names to enter our ears and allow our minds to focus on them, we purify our consciousness. In reality, we are already completely blissful, but we are covered by ignorance and illusion which keep us from experiencing the bliss that is our real nature. The holy name of the Lord clears away the clouds of illusion and ignorance that hold us back and put us in direct contact with the source of all joy, happiness, bliss and ecstasy.

There are many thousands of names of the Lord. He is unlimited and He has unlimted names. But to help you get a start I suggest the names of Krishna and Rama, which have tremendous potentcy. The famous chant: Hare Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare is a very good way to go. Hare is pronounced Huray. Krsna is pronounced Chrishna and Rama rhymes with mama.

it can be a blend of all three.finding the right recipe for each individual is tough .religion and self contentment is something we can acquire on our own but to get enough money you need any or all of luck , knowing the right people and allot of hard work. just maybe the more religion and self-contentment you have the less money you need to be happy. still yet we all want our shot at being rich with the hopes that the other two somehow come with it

The secret of happiness is to live and love according to your own innermost highest values. When your beliefs and your daily life really match up, you will be contented but not so much that you won't want to work, religious according to your own spiritual choices, and have enough money to satisfy your material needs.

Fulfill your responsibilities and your obligations and then just look to add value to the people around you and to all those you meet. Eventually you will start to attract people who want to help you and to repel people who want to (ab)use you. At that point you will be adding value, showing compassion and will have good and kind people around you who will help you, you will be loved, remembered, prosperous and very happy. Also remember, people earn in direct proportion to the value they add, so the more value you add the more money you will earn. And whilst money is not the source of happiness, it sure helps. This is the full package, all you need now is someone to help you build a plan to achieve this and then hold you accountable for your results or lack there of. I would suggest contacting the people at the following site if you are up for it.

the secret to happiness is to have and maintain a "high vibration". meditation, yoga, tai chi, reiki, all help. when you are calm and your mind is quiet, all is well no matter what's happening externally. check out http://www.sahajayoga.com; and the book *the complete idiot's guide to toltec wisdom*. time very well spent. usually happy people are healthy--take a look at jerry falwell and dick cheney. they have "religion", and money, respectively. do they look healthy to you? :-)
