These are also known as medical freezers, deep freezers, or freezers that go down to -40. I am storing Dippin dots in my home and all I need is a small, cheap appliance that will keep them from melting. They will need to be stored at -40 degrees fareinheit. Thanks!!

There is no way you can cheaply store any thing at -40F. There are some liquid nitrogen storage containers available for small items. check you local yellow pages for liquid nitrogen suppliers.
