here are my favs (and i have tried them all!!)
1. bare escentuals magic wand mascara (comb style wand)
2. lancome deficils
3. loreal voluminous (curved brush)
4. rimmel exteme definition (comb style wand)
5. rimmel extra super lash (curved brush)
but you have to experiment to find your own personal fav, i read all the time that cover girl great lash is a makeup artist fave and i can not figure out how that can be??!! to me great lash sucks, but to each his own.

I used to use Clinique jet black glossy mascara. i loved it and thought it was the best!
however, then i found lash exact mascara from covergirl.
now, this mascara i really like b/c i have long dark lashes naturally and this stuff really coats each lash and seperates them well. you can get it at most drug stores. it's in a pink tube and it's the stuff Queen latifah ads on TV.

now, since you really want them to stand out and they don't really do it on their own....try the clinique first. it will give them some volume that you may not find with the lash exact.

take care!

Try L'Oreal Voluminous Full Definition...it is very similar to Lancome Definicils. I also like MAC Pro Lash, Prescriptives Lash Envy, and Clinique High Impact.

I agree with the Maybelline Great Lash mascara...but you would probably want to get the soft brown instead of the black. The only problem with it though is its not waterproof.

Cover Girl Professional Mascara in Black. It only costs a few bucks, but it works like a charm. I always get compliments about how long and beautiful my eyelashes are!

I love Almay mascara for a drug store brand, but if you really want to pamper yourself get Dior, the one with the big fat brush, it's fabulous. It's so soft and natural looking and makes my brown eyes pop.
