Take Nyquil (just half the reccommended dose) and watch QVC or The Bridges of Madison County......I still have not seen past the first 20 minutes!

take a warm shower and put on some warm pajamas and comfortable socks. have some toast with jam and maybe a short glass of milk. grab a book and get into bed, socks and all. turn off the tv and read until you fall asleep with a dim light. it probably won't take long.

Do something you really hate, like removing the scum ring from around the faucet in a kitchen sink. It's amazing how fast your brain will shut down.

get off of the computer asking other people for help on how to sleep when if your on the computer you are not going to go to sleep so i advise you to drink tea or something and go to bed

take a sleeping pill. bottles found in walmarts and other places like cvs too. they really work
