This may sound pathetic, but i dont know if i have ever orgasmed during sex. My boyfriend wants to get me to orgasm and "squirt" but ive never done it. He says i need to do something to get myself to do it, but i dont know what to do. He might need some tips too! haha

Don't worry about squirting...some women do, most don't (and personally I don't get the appeal)...however if you had climaxed, you'd probably know it...you would likely feel tingly all over or maybe like your skin was inside out and all the nerves were on the outside for a few minutes.

Masturbate yourself to orgasm, so you can show your guy where your (at least external) "spots" are that get you off.

As for a vaginal orgasm, I can't help ya there as I've never had one...a lot of women find that one difficult...he's just got to hit the right spot inside of you...there are articles online to help find where that is though...do a search on orgasms and see what you can find.

Apparently, he DOES need some education. Not all women 'squirt' when orgasming. Get a couple books, and sit down together to learn a few things. When you are alone, explore yourself. find out what feels good, and TELL him (every one of you is different, and NONE of you come with an owner's manual). Enjoy the learning process...the things you learn here may extend into other aspects of your life. luck,...

Know ur body. What do u like? Experiment, then report back to the boyfriend. Also, every girl DOES NOT ejaculate when she orgasms. When u have sex do u reach a climatic peak? This is ur orgasm. But communication is key.

he needs a lot of tips. Because he is not cutting it for you. I do not have orgasm' s with my husband but I have had one before but not with him, and I didn't have to get drunk to have it. So it is all on the man.
You can have one yourself. I have had that before.
Then maybe you could imagine your boyfriend as someone else. but if that is the case maybe he is not the the one for you

Main thing is to relax. Women see to have trouble climaxing when understrees (men feel orgasim is a strees reliver....) There are many sources on the web for femal ejaculation. With my wife she NEEDS oral (unless she's drunk) to climax. I would go to the sex doctors site. I would also research the herbal, aromatic, etc enhancements to sex. My wife is more stimulated when blindfolded... Remember practise makes perfect :P

Tell him what you want and show him . If you are unsure at first try things to yourself, find what feels good then teach him. only you know your body until you teach someone else.

Do what's comfortable and pleasurable for yourself. Don't worry about "performing" for your BF or simply fulfilling his fantasies. If he cares about you, he'll be understanding and patient. After all, you should come first . . .
