This person sent me e-mail after e-mail after I already told them I knew it was a scam. They even sent me a check!! They want me to deposit it and send it back real quick before it clears. How can I get this e-mailer out as a scammer?

Disregard the emails, and disregard the check. It's that simple. You need report nothing as you are smart and figured it out. If you wish to report it, I would recommend your State specific agency designated to administer mortgage banking laws.
