Drink lots of water and use some Head On (apply directly to the forehead). You will enjoy thi tingling sensation....

High on what?? Weed? Excedrin (aspirin) should be OK as long as there are no medical conditions that would preclude you from using it. Maybe this is a wake up call from your body telling you that you are using something that makes you feel worse instead of better?
