I'm a guy and have no clue about all this since I just wear boardshorts style trunks. Is it a one piece? Two Piece? String Bikini? Thong?

I ask because my beliefs about comfort affect how I view women in swimsuits. I HATE things because they look so uncomfortable. I like my wife to look pretty and sexy, not in pain and discomfort. My preference is a one piece on a woman, but a lot of my fellow guys responded they liked bikinis and things. What's YOUR preference?

Wow, did I learn a lot! Mostly that us guys have it so easy. My sympathies to you ladies for having such complex choices, but it seems you are used to it. I so did not think about all that!

Of course, I am guy, so why would I?

i prefer a two piece that appears to be a one piece with a top that comes down to the bottom because then it is easier to take it off at the end of the day and if you have to go to the bathroom it is easier to take off.

Ok...to be honest...I think that those swimmer one pieces (the ones that cover half of the back) are the most confortable just because of their extra support.

However, since most girls are used to wearing bras and lifts...2 piece biquinis are not unconfortable at all!

String biquinis are hard to tie if you don't have someone helping you...so I usually prefer the two piece suits that have the clasp in the front.

In regards to thong biquinis...well....that really depends on the girl/woman wearing them. They are no less confortable than thong underwear and a lot of girls prefer thongs to regular underwear even though no one is looking at their underwear!
What I don't think is confortable at all are the the biquini bottles that are shaped like little shorts. They are usually to tight and if sand gets in there...it's hard to come off!

Hope I've answered your question.

I like to wear a two piece bikini. They are comfortable, and they accentuate your body in ways that a one piece does not. I would feel very self-conscious in a one piece, believe it or not. They do nothing for you when you have small boobs and hardly any curves. One piece makes me fell like a seven year old! I would not to wear a thong however, talk about uncomfortable!

I have thought a one piece was better ever since I lost my bikini top in the ocean one year. That is not something I EVER want to repeat!
I'm a large busted girl, so it wasn't like I could just use my hands to cover them up easily.

Well two pieces are uncomfortable because you have to make sure your top stays in place. I prefer one pieces with criss cross int he back for something so the straps don't fall off. My fave swimsuits are the Speedo competitive wear ones because the straps don't fall off, it doesn't ride up in the butt area and they dry faster than ordinary swimsuits.

I like one piece - a bikini bottom. I luv swimming topless. But it has to be a full bottom. Not boy shorts, but definitely not a string or a thong.

I'm a one-piece kind of person. The only guy I'll have see my in a two-piece is if I have a boyfriend and I go to the beach/pool with him.

Bikini's there comfortable. But if its a crocheded one then it might not be so comforatble one. Next time your (wife) wears a bikini try not to be noticed but check her backside out. If you can see a lot then its probably uncomrotable to her. Remeber, shes the one whos wearing it. Your not. so if she says it's comforable then its comforable. Good Luck!

I like the tankini style. They are really comfortable & its so easy when you have to go to the restroom because its 2 separate pieces.
