4 days after my missed period I used a pregnancy test and the result was negative, but I had unprotected sex again the 3rd day. I thought after the missed period it'll just be safe to have unprotected sex. Now it's already the 6th day, I still gotten my period yet, should I test again or it's impossible to get pregnant after a missed period? Thanks!!

any time you have sex you can get pregnant. You should always assume that, unless you want to be pregnant, otherwise you will find yourself some day scratching your head wondering how it happened.

Chances are you're already pregnant and thats why you skipped, but there wasnt a high enough hormone level in your system yet to detect on the home test. You should request a blood test from your doctor.

More than likely, you're just skipping a period, which doesnt mean that you cant get pregnant.

You wouldnt have gotten pregnant from sex the third day after your missed period. You need to be ovulating to get pregnant and that takes place 10-16 days after the FIRST day of your period. (depends how long your cycle is. For ecample I have a 29 day cycle and ovulate the 15th day, so if I have sex a few days before that day I could get pregnant. Anyway the problem with u is u missed a period in the first place. Have u tried taking another test? I would take on now since u are 6 days past your period, it should show up if youre indeed preg. If u still dont start in a week or two to to dr. for a checkup. Sometimes things like a change in diet or exercise can delay menstration, but so does stress. Good luck, and if u dont want to get pregnanct use protection. Why take chances?

I think if you have already missed a period and have had unprotected sex then there is a high possibility that you are pregnant. Take another test now you are a week late and you should know the answer.

dont trust a test so soon after a missed period!! a home pregnancy test is 100% more likely to show a false negative than a false positive.
Stop having unprotected sex now if you dont want to be pregnant!
And its not at all impossible to get pregnant after a missed period - no time is sfe to have unprotected sex

If you missed your period, then maybe it would be a good idea to take the test again. its never safe to have unprotected sex anyway, pregnancy is not the only thing that could result from it.
Ooops sorry got my mom head going on then...lol... but seriously, it really isn't safe to have unprotected sex if you don't plan on gettin' pregnant.

Yes, because the period could be just late, not missed and therefore you are now pregnant.

Or the reason you missed your period may be that you are now pregnant.

If you really don't want to become pregnant then just don't have unprotected sex in the first place, simple solution.

It is always possible. You could have been pregnant from before and it didn't register yet. It does take 14-20 days to register on a HPT. If you want to be sure then I would say to go to the doctors and get a blood pregnancy test done soon. Goodluck

a period is not a good indicator for pregnancy, U period could be late, some women still have a period while be pregnant, its quite rare but it happens, if U have to have sex, Use a condom it will protect U against STDs as well

lets put it this way unprotected sex= pregnant (at the very least)
if your not preggers your quite fortunate.... from what i read your not really looking forward to a pregnancy....so my advice is to take another test! like somone already said hormone levels may not be high enough to detect... good luck and plaese be more responsible next time, I know from experiance!!
