Normal values may vary from lab to lab.
A method of standardizing prothrombin time results, called the international normalized ratio (INR) system, has been developed to compare prothrombin time results among labs using different test methods. Using the INR system, treatment to prevent blood clots (anticoagulant therapy) remains consistent even if a person has the test done at different labs. In some situations, only the INR is reported and the PT is not reported.
Prothrombin time (PT) Normal:
10–13 seconds
International normalized ratio (INR):
1.0–1.4
The warfarin (Coumadin) dosage for people being treated to prevent the formation of blood clots is usually adjusted so that the prothrombin time is about 1.5 to 2.5 times the normal value (or INR values 2 to 3). Prothrombin times are also kept at higher levels for people with artificial heart valves, for the same reason.
Abnormal values
A long PT can indicate a lack of one or more blood clotting factors (factors I, II, V, VII, or X), a lack of clotting factor activity, a vitamin K deficiency, liver disease, or injury.
A long PT can be caused by treatment with certain medications, such as heparin or warfarin (Coumadin), that are used to prevent the formation of blood clots.
A long PT can be caused by cirrhosis.

The top number in a blood pressure reading is the systolic BP... the normal range is about 90-140. This is the measure of how hard your blood is pushing against the walls of your blood vessels while your heart is making a beat. The bottom number is the diastolic BP.... the normal range is about 60-90. This is a measure of how hard your blood is pushing against the walls of your blood vessels while your heart is not making a beat. 60-100 heartbeats a minute is considered normal. However, this varies dramatically with time of day, activity levels, age, stress, illness, etc. I'd say your blood pressure is pretty normal, although your systolic BP and heart rate seem a little on the high side. It'd be a good idea to have your BP and pulse checked again by a pro when you're well-rested, not sick, and not stressed out. You should seriously consider going to your doctor and mentioning this, so that they can do a reading and check for any problems. Blood pressure and pulse are affected by many, many factors like family history, medications, disease, conditioning level, and age. What's normal for one person isn't necessarily normal for another, but it's always a good idea to get checked out to make sure that there's nothing going on.
