is there any way to reduce your "flow" during your period??

No, not really. Usually, if you are on the birth control pill, it reduces your flow. I've been told that you can take Advil - it helps your muscles to relax and therefore may help you pass your flow more quickly.

"The Pill" reduces your flow for many people. If you have really heavy periods, talk to your gyno about it. I have fibroids that are non-cancerous but increase my flow. My doc is putting me on the pill to reduce the flow caused by the fibroids.

dun reduce ur flow as its not good for u.seriously if ur period is an avergae 5-a week routine live wif it.wad for change??? mine is a 3 dae routine n yes its great cos i have less mess but a great deal of prob in my health.y regret later juz suffer wads to suffer n enjoy later (:

The best way to control and to reduce the heavy floe would be Birth-Control ( Pill ) . It really helps .

during ur peroids, put a wet cloth around ur stomach and upon that another dry cloth, this will reduce ur flow plus ur stomach pain.

nope, but you can use jumbo tampons! Or you can get really big sanitry towels.
