A normal mix for things like slabs, sidewalks etc. is commonly referred to as a 5 bag mix. That is five 90 lb. bags of cement to a yard of aggregate. Aggregate is the sand and gravel mix you will be mixing with the cement. The result will be concrete. If you are planning on using sand, your result will be more of a stucco or mortar but they will require additional components.

As far as web sites go, your guess is as good as mine. Try a search for "mason measurements" or something of the like. I'm sure something will show up.
