Many universities and collage students will hire people to type their papers and pay X number of dollars per page.
Although in this computer age it is not nearly as common as it used to be.
When they ask for $99.00 up front be cautious, it may be a scam. The "Better Business Bureau" may be able to help sort out the scammers from the legit opportunities.

If you do not check a company before purchasing a product or service from it, you could lose your money, time and credibility. Some widely used resources are the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and the national fraud center (www.fraud.org).
These days, you can easily find out more about a company using the Internet in a few minutes. From a company's website, you can get details about its ownership, how old the company really is and feedback from the company's customers.

Almost all work from home offers are scams. If it came to you, chances are it is going to cost you something. You are better off looking for a job as a medical transcriptionist. Check actual job websites like careerlink.com not everyone requires that you work in the area.

Those being promoted are likely scams. There are jobs working from home, but you need to enter from the other end. A medical transcriber job may be possible, but you can't get one from the internet. Go to a hospital, doctor, dentist, etc and find out who does theirs.

I am a work at home Avon Representative. You won't have a windfall or anything like that. The way that it works is what you actually make is based off of your sales. Avon will set you up with a website as well. My website is www.youravon.com/kkolodziej if you want to see what they look like.

I think they are all scams--the best way to work from home is to start your own business.
