I am in a 20 team keeper baseball league. My keepers right now would be Wright, Crawford, Bonderman, Damon, Atkins.

Should i trade Crawford 4 Zambrano and Matsui?

Depends on the scoring system, but in a league with 20 teams I would imagine that depth is an issue so it's not a bad trade, especially if Matsui comes back strong when it counts, during the end of the season and your playoff run. But that's a big "IF" so you have to assume that the trade is Crawford for Zambrano with and "If" as the bonus.

Personally, I would keep Crawford if this was my league (14 teams) because he is scores points in 5 cats and is a better keeper than the other two players.

Never in a million years.

Crawford's a fantasy stud now, and has many years of stud status before him. Carlos Zambrano's great, but he's not Crawford. Besides, his large amount of IP signals that he's being overused and is likely to have a lost season due to injury soon. Pitchers break down much more often than batters.

Hideki Matsui is also great, but he's closer to the end of his career than the beginning. Crawford will give you more years of high-level production than Matsui and Zambrano put together.

not if its a long term keeper league.

Crawford is a young stud who will be that way for a long time. I don't think Matsui has that many more great years left. Zambrano is good but Crawford's value is too high in a keeper league.

I'd keep Crawford.

yes Zambrano is an excellent starting pitcher. Matsui is one of the best outfielders when healthy. Crawford has no protection from the awful Tampa lineup

There is no way I would do that. Matsui is on the downside of his career. If it were not a keeper league I would consider but Crawford has not reached his potential.

i think that u shold trade crawford for matsui because when he comes back from the dl he is going to 2-3 in batting and zambrano is ok but he is in a worst baseball team so i think u should trad him for matsuo even if he is in the dl

unless you are in dire need of stolen bases, then i'd say go for it...in a keeper sense, zambrano is a gem, and matsui will be healthy next year and hopefully produce amazingly...crawford is only really good for the stolen bases.....so I'd say go for it!
