I spilled wine on a new white shirt but did not attempt to wash it until a week later. I tried all the bleach products and bleach pens.

I think, unfortunately you might be out of luck, but you could try soaking it in seltzer water and baking soda... good luck hun. Ps i don't know if one of those little Tide pens would work, but you could read the package and see if it is formulated for wine. The problem is now that you have dyed your garment...

lemon juice or bicarbonate of soda but be careful if you have any sequins etc on it!
