It does seem that way! But I think Not.

Emails work the same for me when writing back and forth.
...I believe it is more about feeling like you are in charge of the relationship (or of all life even). I am understanding from you that women and men just like to argue even down to who has the last word.

So try this one day...
.At the appropriate moment in the argument simply say OK "you are right" Then see if the other still wants to argue? "What do you mean I am right? I'll have you know that bla bla bla" ...etc et on and on and on. This is not an argument but fits into this saying
"Behind any argument is the astounding stupidity of somebody"

I try not to be that somebody.

behind a mans back, we can get in the last word (my smart remark for the day... for now)

Around our house, we don't argue... it's a waste of breath cause when you argue, no one really hears what the other one is saying, just that "they are at fault". It usually works out better if we sit down and discuss our point of views and if we can't come to a mutual agreement, we agree to disagree.

Not at my house, by God! I always figure that what I say under my breath as she's leaving the room is the last word.

My woman is incapable of allowing my voice to be the last thing heard. It's like her sound waves must cancel out mine or the universe will be out of whack, or something.

Oh, and I'm never right, either. Oh well... at least I've got a penis.
