i can get skinny but when i eat again i gain weight? what if i work out with it? I just wanna lose alot of weight

Anorexia is when you don't eat, even when hungry. Bulimia is when you eat, then throw it up afterwords.
If you want to loose weight, you should be at least 18, or you need to talk to a doctor or nutritionist before you begin.
The best weight loss I know:
1. Eat breakfast with 2 hours of waking, it tells your metabolism to start working.
2. Drink lots of water. It helps clean out your system.
3. Eat small meals throughout the day when possible. Easier to process the foods instead of your body storing them.
4. Cut out all the junky drinks. Coffee, tea, soda, sports drinks all contain sugar. Your body can only use so much before it turns it to fat.
5. Eat smart. Don't grab a hamburger when a turkey wrap is available.
6. Avoid processed foods that come in boxes and cans. Most of them have high salt content.
7. Don't salt your food if you can help it. The salt we use is iodized salt. Iodine slows down your thyroid, and they control your metabolism.
8. Avoid products that contain high fructose corn syrup.

9. Get plenty of sleep. Your body can't recharge and be ready for the next day on 3 hours of sleep.
10. Exercise smart. 3 or 4 times a week is plenty for the gym. If you don't move a lot during the day, when you get home do some chores around the house to burn some extra calories.
11. Total body workouts are better than targeting. Try swimming, aerobics, Tae Bo, or something. Don't try to exercise just one spot. If you have fat in one area, you do in others. You won't loose weight if you workout just your abs.
12. Don't deprive your body of healthy foods. It will only make you hungry because you body isn't getting the neutrients it needs.
13. When you have a craving for something, eat it in small amounts. It takes care of the craving before it gets so bad you go on a binge for a week. A small piece of chocolate won't hurt, but several large candy bars will.

Make sure that you talk to a professional. You may have an eating disorder. If you don't, then they can point you in the right direction for your body type and needs.

Billemiac is when you throw up to lose weight. Anerexic is when you don't eat. If you don't eat you will start off by getting skinny, but eventually your adominials will swell up making you appear fat. And when you start to eat again your metablism would be messed up and store food because it won't know the next time it will receive food.

Also no one is attracted to bones.

If you are thinking about straving yourself to lose weight you need to get help fast. It means that you have a psychological disorder and it needs to be treated.

the best thing to do is not to starve yourself! At one time i weighed close to if not over 300lbs, i couldn't do anything without getting out of breath, so i decided to make a change, i tried slim fast and it didn't work for me, i even went several days just drinking that stuff and maybe eating enough throughout the day to keep a mouse alive, all it did was make me sick, so i decided drinking water would help. At the time i drank alot of soda, so i quit it completely and subsituted my drinks with either water, 2% or 1% milk. Along with soda i would eat all the time just to have something in my mouth. When i started my new diet with the water and low fat milk i only ate when i was HUNGRY and that's made a big difference, i still eat what i want such as pizza and burgers and such i just don't eat it in as big of servings as i used to, and depending on what i ate during the day around six or seven o'clock in the evening i wouldn't eat anything else i would drink a glass of water if i felt like i needed something to eat late at night, or if not water grapes or an apple or something. Beleive me by drinking a lot of water and no pop and watching how much of something you eat the pound will melt off you, i onced weighed around 300-315 pounds and i now weigh around 195 and i'm keeping it off by doing this, so there are better ways of losing weight without starving youself, oh and walk i love to walk take you a jug of water and just walk, because water speeds up your metabolism thus helping you lose weight better! Anorexia is where you just don't eat at all. Bulimia is where you make your self vomit after eating. It's not healthy or safe to do either one. There are a lot of books that have diets that can help you lose weight. Just try eating better and exercising. Good luck :)

if you want to lose weight eat a lot of veggies and drink water. Try walking at least 1hour a day. That helps a lot, but do it even when you're tired. you will feel better after it.

You shouldn't fall into an eating disorder, I'm a ballet dancer so i know what its like to be pressured to be thin but you don't want to hurt yourself in the process. you should check out different ways to stay thin. get into an activity that is active and that you enjoy. if this is really important to you consult a nutritionist. be safe!
