Dude-I have found that Curve, and Nautica have gotten the most positive responses. Any of the Liz Claibourne fragrances are good too.

Love&Luck by Ed Hardy, I know, but it actually smells very good and women love it. Opens very citrusy and fresh
Fierce by Abercrombie & Fitch- very masculine women just have an orgasm when they smell this.
Mont Blanc Legend- A cheaper alternative to A&F Fierce, very similar.
360 Red by Perry Ellis- smells very similar to Acqua Di Gio, and even better, for 20-40$ only.
Nautica Voyage- very fresh scent, you'll probably get compliments with it. 20$ for 3.4oz
Animale Animale- Be sure to get Animale Animale, not Animale. Pineapple, honey, vanilla, tobacco. 20-35$ really good teenager scent but a 25 yr. old can pull it off.
Mont Blanc Individuel- 20-40$ Pineapple, cinnamon, mint, raspberry, vanilla, dark chocolate. Really good.
Lacoste Red Style In Play- sweet apple scent, really good and 20-40$ hey
Versace Eros- Sweet but fresh vanilla mint scent with good projection, Women like it!
Perry Ellis M- cinnamon, woodsy, creamy and a little spicy. 15-20$ Dirty cheap for such a great scent!
Versace Eau Fraiche- fresh scent and citrusy, opening with lemon, very pleasant and safe, people just like it and say "you smell good" and "what are you wearing" even from men ;)
Angel Men by Thierry Muglier - chocolate, tar, coffee, caramel, starts weird at the beginning but 30 mins. and it smells great, go easy on the trigger though, 1-2 sprays only on this one! (30-45$)
Yves Saint Laurent L'homme or L'nuit de L'homme - If you want to smell hella good and want people to notice you, get L'nuit de L'homme, vanilla peppery, anise, lavender, just a really good scent and it's safe. People like it, you'll probably get compliments in 2-4 day of wearing it, for real.
The Versace ones that I mentioned, the Love & Luck, the A&F Fierce, Nautica Voyage and Yves Saint Laurent are women's choice man. Also Armani Code (they changed the name because the Black Codes were some laws that were created to restrict the african americans freedom, therefore Armani Black Code is now called Code) is just plain sexiness in a bottle, it's just... compliments, compliments, compliments, you'll get tired of how many women want to eat you, it's even crazier if you get Armani Code Sport, totally my choice on nights out with my friends!
