i empathize with the back problems. got one since high school days. i get a back massage about twice a week, otherwise i wont be able to sleep well. but massage is cheap here so that's no problem-- about two USd per hour. i can get four hour's worth of relaxing back rub for only 8 dollars.

Tell me about it. I had a spinal fusion that was SUPPOSED to help. Well all it did was lay me up for a few months. My pain just went from intermittent extreme pain, to constant medium pain. I don't know what's worse. I should have left it alone.

Have diabetes, overweight, have back problems, heart palpatations. Don't eat right, couch potato, need to get alot more exercise. Guess.

Of course not. I need to excercise more and I'm recovering from my surgery more than anything. Also I always feel light headed.

nope. I would like to have full feelings in my legs back to what they were before I started having back problems and had to have surgery.
