everyone else thought of broken bones and sickness i thought of a animal being fixed but i have had bones fixed

No, but my sister had tubal ligation. It was a good decision for her because she decided she never wanted kids. A vasectomy or tubal ligation is a good thing sometimes. So many people have kids who shouldn't. And, responsible adults make sure that they don't have kids they never wanted.
