At this point she may have no other option than a civil suit. I am not aware of the state of limitations on rape as a criminal charge (it should be 75 years! - rape never goes away for the victim). I whole hearted recommend that this lady does not let this creep get away with it if sh knows who did it then it is time to tell the town and all around just what he is capable of. Why not make up posters - "I was assaulted by this man and I have the DNA to prove it but I cannot get him procecuted" - See how many other women come out of the woodwork! - GOOD LUCK

till men face as a lot as men who rape men, women human beings and children, and say rape is inaccurate and heavily isn't tolerated less than any circumstances, rape will proceed. seem at what percentage each individual is justifying all rape because some are fake accusations. So is all homicide ok too, when you consider that some each individual is falsely accused of homicide? merely why do such an rather good type of of those human beings % out with those being accused of rape? It makes you ask your self merely what they're so worried about. Yep, the western international remains very patriarchal. a guy's be conscious nevertheless counts more effective than a lady's.

You can seek a special prosecutor to pursue criminal charges (contact your circuit court judge's office.) Also contact the Missouri Attorney General's office.
In the meantime, you also can pursue civil charges against the man, because the burden of proof is less in civil cases.
Also contact your local newspaper.

best bet is to go to the state attorney general office and plead with them to prosecute
the only other alternative would be to sue in civil court for damages but after seven years statute of limitations may bar you from a civil suit

Sadly, probabaly not.
You might be able to hire an attorney to present a civil case (for damages - ie $$$), but not a criminal one.
Sorry

Is there anyway for this lady to take out a private prosecution in your town? We have this in the UK, but it is expensive.
Good luck to her anyway!
