I would like to know if and when a Honda Element's Transmission should be serviced. Also, if somebody could tell me the specific services required that would be very helpful.

reguardless of what others have said here i work for a honda dealer and in the book its like every120k which is to long if u ask me we try and get our customers to do it ever 30k since honda transmissions are known to give problems....every 7500 miles is crazy....u may want to think about a differental service if your element is a 4wd also...thats supposed to be done by the book every 30k and is pretty close in mileage as to where i see it burnning up...if it does u will hear a click when u make sharp turns in the rear of the vehicle

honda recommends 7500 miles, call your honda dealer, they will tell you all about service recommendations for that vehicle
