happiness is never about money. I left a good job to be with my wife in another country.

I totally agree. Money does not equal happiness. But knowledge is something endless that can keep you going. Have you noticed that most people who are ignorant love money, because they know of nothing else to keep them satisfied.

No, I would say thats more of a key to increase your self esteem. I think the key to happiness is to help, show your love and enjoy the world around you.

Sounds like a good idea. But if you can't be content now then it will still be difficult to be content when you have what you wanted. I think the best philosophy is to learn to be happy with what you have but don't be afraid to strive for better.

don't forget gaining knowledge...how can you be happy with who you are if you don't even take the time to know yourself and why you act this way or that?
and don't forget that knowledge helps you know other people, and why they act this way or that? then you don't walk around judging others or trying to change them or control them..all that's too stressful. THEN you will be truly happy.

Wow....u r so right, and yes I have found that. In fact usually the more a person has materialistically the more greedier they become. They are usually never happy with anything and become obsessed with always wanting more........

You are wrong. Happiness is a state of mind. It's being content with whatever you have in your life. Money, holidays, etc just spice it up and give it more flavour!!
