Try eating more fruit, vegetables and drinking more water. Just to be on the safe side, go see a gastroenterologist for a checkup to make sure you don't have any stomach complication relating to ulcer and such. I wish you well.

It sounds like your seriously constipated. U might want to get checked for a hemorrhoids if u was trying to force it out. That might be the cause of the light blood. U need to see a doctor. Drink lots of water. Take some stool softeners. Eat more Fibers. and try not to wait so long next time to use the bathroom. that's probably why Ur stomach was hurting.

DON'T use laxatives, use a stool softener like colace. A stool softener will soften up what is already in your colon and you'll have a soft bm that won't hurt your colon. It takes a while to take affect, but worth it to be gentle. From here on, take fiber capsules with lots of water every day. With each capsule, take at least 12 oz of water all at once (not sipping it over a long period of time). I take 3 to 4 casules throughout the day. Be sure to get plenty of water each day (not soda; caffeinated drinks don't count towards your 8 glasses of water a day).

As a senior poopologist I would say that bad eating habits made you very constipated and you now have hemorrhoids. Try eating more fruit and more fiber. Also try stool softening pills and drinking lots of water. The poop will soften but the hemorrhoids will be a lifelong problem.

You sound like you are constipated. You can take a laxative, drink prune juice, take some fiber or give yourself an enema. Then you need to drink a lot of fluids and eat more fresh fruits and veggies and try to stay away from "binding" foods like cheese.

You are constipated. Constipation can cause rectal bleeding and hemoroids and alot of other things that will make your life misreable.
The best thing to do is incorporate more fiber into your diet, and also increase your water consumption. It also helps to avoid processed food, fast food, sugar and other unhealthy things.
Good luck

Sounds to me that you are not getting enough fiber and liquids in you diet. Try to eat some dark green vegetables, and drink plenty of water. Give it a few days, and you should get back to normal. Good luck.

You need more fluid if your poop comes out hard. I'd also suggest seeing the doctor because sometimes there might be problems with the intestines. Take care!

You are having constipation. You need to eat a lot more fruits and vegetables, and drinking a lot of water. You need to learn to eat. You and the rest of America were taught nutrition by Ronald McDonald. You need to learn about nutrition and follow it.
